hi i added a template to administrative templates in group policy and set "1" thing how could i figure out the changes it made to the registry in order to do that manually in non ultimate versions?
i know that there is a site that shows everything but that's only for the build in features not the manually added ones
i hope i am clear enough

my question is like this
i added a custom template to group policy, i want to know what gets changed in the registry when i change a rule in the policy.
for reference this is the custom policy i am speaking about
thanks

Group policy is potentially using an extension .dll provided by the application using the policy, and when the gp engine runs extensions are called to read/write any changes, but potentially also update the application that they were written for. It would depend on the application you're creating policy for, and it's configuration, but if it only works when group policy is actually run (and not just having the registry entry present), that's at least one possible reason.
