Hello, I need help on my Windows 7 Home Premium start-up, everytime I put my password it normally comes on as a "Welcome screen", but next to the word "Welcome" the busy icon isn't spinning, I want it to spin - so, I know the PC is doing a job on the process (no text notifications like; Organizing Windows Files and etc..), I just want the busy icon to spin - but how do you make it to spin again?
