the location of windows 7 temporary files

can anyone tell me,where I can find the TEMP and the TMP folder within Windows 7?

but these options you suggest do not help me.
They will give me the lococation of the "new " folders I've made on my RAM disk.
I just want the location of the old ones to dele them.

On my system they are

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\Temp

(user name) is whatever users you had set up

My (old) TMP files seem to be unfindable....

If you found the TEMP files then you have also found the TMP files. They are usually the same thing. %TEMP% and %TMP% can be used interchangably for backwards compatibility.
