Strange one this, and rather annoying. Well, about a couple of weeks ago I made a folder on my desktop to put a movie clip in. After transferring the clip to another drive I deleted the empty folder only to find it back on my desktop a short time later! Strange, I thought. But I simply shrugged my shoulders and deleted it again only to find it back on my desktop yet again a short time later! So, I deleted it yet again and made sure I also deleted it from my Recycle Bin too, just to make doubly sure. Guess what? A short time later I found the empty folder back on my desktop yet again!!! By this time things were getting really, really frustrating and annoying. So, this time I renamed the folder, deleted it completely from my computer thinking maybe I'd seen the last of it....Wrong, it's back on my desktop with its original name! Anyone know what's going on here and why it's just this one folder that's doing it? Nope, I'm having absolutely no trouble from any other folders I've created, only this one.

Okay, I've tried the Safe Mode method but the thing came back. So I guess the only other thing it could be is a toolbar is using the folder as my default location. Trouble is what toolbar and how do I change the default location?
