The Ordinal 323 could not be located in the dynamic library error

Been having this issue for a couple of days. Don't know when it started as it only comes up when installing Adobe Products it seems. Could have been an issue since I installed Win7. I don't know. Also, I was trying to install a game called Combat Arms and the error came up.

Tried finding help on another forum, lots of advice but none of them worked.

Things I've tried:
sfc/scannow
"Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 9% complete.
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."


Also, system Restore to the earliest one available

Someone also suggested downloading dll files from the internet and replacing them. He gave kinda shoddy instructions and it just didn't seem like a good idea to me.

Posted this before but no one would help me past the failed sfc scan

If all else fails, would a clean OS install fix this?

Hi there ... Welcome to Seven Forums .. You could try a Repair and Install .. If that fails a Clean Install would be your only Option ...
