The remote device or resource won't accept the connection

Hello, I've been having this problem where it says "The remote device or resource won't accept hte connecion and it's extremely annoying, sometimes it's there, sometimes it is not.

I'm using a TP link extender with an Ethernet cable plugged into my computer. I also have from the TP link extender, a "5G" Network of my own network, which I can connect to using a mac, iphone ipad or xbox one. However, other members of my family can connect to the standard non 5G internet fine and work for them. Everyone else seems to be able to connect to the internet, but my computer, any help would be greatly appreciated!
