The user profile failed to logon?

The above is the message on my pc for my own user profile.
I have other family members logging on ok as I am on one of their accounts now. I can clearly access internet gmail work (sadly) from here but not my account on the pc.

Big concern also is that I am the administrator?

What do I do?

Seems to be a major issue with windows 7, i am getting the same error message. I was about to ask that, have you checked your Regedit profile list for user accounts, are they there?
