The user profile service failed the logon

Here my problem, I have a fully working profile on administrator but, when I make a second one & try to log on it say: "The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.".

We can fix it with the registry and such but the files doesn't appear in the C:\users even if I delete my profile and recreate it, it still doesn't appear. Can somebody help me?
I also checked this page You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon? error message for help and I can't do either of them because they doesn't appear in the C: drive or the registry "Regedit".

Hello Lilmachine, and welcome to Seven Forums.

A new user account doesn't have it's user profile actually created until it's successfully logged in to for the first time. That's why you don't see a "C:\Users\(user-name)" folder or registry entries for it yet.

You might see if doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this started happening may be able to fix it for you.

If not, then you might see if this below may since you are not experiencing the normal version of this user profile error.

Nope, nothing works. I can't find a restore point out of this problem and the link doesn't help since I don't have this type of file (.sqm) on my PC.

In that case, it may be time to reinstall Windows.
