Solved the windows security center service can't be started

Hey My windows security center service doesn't work and when i searched i found this :

1- start

2- type services in search and hit enter

3- search for security center

4- right click (properties)

5-Change Disabled to Automatic

6- apply

7-start

i did this steps and security cente Work 100% but after 1-2 mins turned off again and the same every time


and Windows Defender doesn't work either

and when i trying to open it from service

So What's the problem ?

i hope i can get help here

First scan detected 8 files and Fixed some problems

2nd scan No Thing

But windows security center and Windows Defender Still doesn't work

So what's the problem ?

Uninstall 100% any and all anti-virus software and security software you have installed.

download, install and use Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE). Link in my sig.

Problem still exist?

Sorry bro i was so busy to replay and say :

OMG!!!!

Even Microsoft Security Essentials doesn't work (Close Auto)

and cuz i am bad in English (not my first langue) i made video for all things i did

since you are still having problems, then try running the Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper.

Use Speccy - System Information - Free Download
and/or SIW to gather info for filling in the blanks.

Do me a favor. Please add the word laptop or desktop to the “system manufacturer” block.

Provide full windows version info, such as provided by Speccy:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader, Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor

Scroll down and click on the SAVE CHANGES button.

Excellent.

Looking at the system specs, I would suggest 4 GB ram instead of the 2 GB. You will get a performance increase and run into less problems.

Let me know when the full scan by the Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper finishes.

I did Full scan after scan finished says:

Items Detected

Server/High alert level: 5

Medium/Low alerts: 1

i clicked in clean system

then says :

A full scan helps protect your system against malicious and unwanted software

But still have same problems

any new idea ?

attach the log files to your next post.

PUT SYSTEM SWEEPER ON A USB STICK


System Sweeper, https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper, allows you to start an infected PC and perform an offline scan to identify and remove viruses, rootkits and other advanced malware. System Sweeper is a free standalone, bootable malware and virus remover from Microsoft.

Safety Scanner, Microsoft Safety Scanner - Antivirus | Remove Spyware, Malware, Viruses Free, is free, downloadable, provides on-demand scanning and helps remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software.

If the target computer has a working internet connection, then you may prefer to use the Safety Scanner.


Download System Sweeper (about 576 kB):
https://connect.microsoft.com/systemsweeper

Insert 256 MB or larger USB stick into a usb port.

Run the downloaded program--mssstool64.exe or mssstool32.exe

Choose the option to install to USB.
Caution: The install program will format the usb stick.

The install program will download about 200 mB more.

After the install is finished, leave the stick in the usb slot.

Run the program you downloaded once again.

This 2nd run, and any subsequent runs, will download the very latest anti-virus definitions (about 60 mB).

To keep System Sweeper up-to-date, simply reinsert the usb stick and run the installation program, mssstool64.exe or mssstool32.exe, again.

The initial, full scan by System Sweeper can easily take several hours, but subsequent quick scans will be shorter.

Remember, your computer is being very thoroughly checked for all types of malware.

The results of System Sweeper will be in:
\Windows\Standalone System Sweeper\Support as one or more files with a LOG extension which can be viewed with Notepad.
