How do I get rid of this. It happens everytime I use a shortcut from my mail boxes. I keep getting this message( There was a problem sending the command to the program.) I have to hit the link twice to get it to go threw. Im using windows7 Ultimate 64 bit OS . I dont have Excel,Microsoft outlook or zone alarm. Ive updated to essentials 11 and explorer 9. I uninstalled explorer 9 but it made no differance,This happens everytime i use a shortcut from email. Can someone please help

Hi! rob11, welcome to W7F

Try right clicking the mailbox shortcut(s)

• click on properties
• click on the shortcut tab
• click on the advance button (bottom right)
• If run as admin is checked, un-check it.

In my haste I forgot to add, while you are in properties:

• Click on the Compatibility tab
• At the bottom where it says Privilege Level
• If Run this program as an Admin is checked un-check it.

There can be several reasons win7 acts this way, but it boils down to a security issue within win7 between admin, and user rights

won't load

Aloha, Each time I try to load the Take ownership option it goes wild and keeps on opening up pages even if I save it. I just want to be able to solve the there is a problem with ...... that I see here. Can you please help?
