Windows 7 doesn't need ANY tuneup/cleaner tools. You can clean the "temp" folders yourself by hand. There are only two main ones that need to be emptied periodically and I keep shortcuts to them on my desktop.

Which two? If you don't mind sharing.

In the Start search, type 'disk', no quotes, then open Disk cleanup and run it. Do NOT run advanced, it will wipe restore points and you'll need them later.

Unfortunately, Disk Cleanup takes far too long to find what it thinks is appropriate to delete. I get tired waiting for it.
