Hi again. Just a couple of questions. I see that user32.dll.mui is actually missing from C:\Windows\system32\en-us\. Is it possible to restore it from the W7 installation disk or anywhere else? (I've found MS instructions to do so in XP and Vista, but not in W7) Do you think that could solve anything?

The problem is that it shouldn't be present at all on a Spanish disk or install - so the error exists somewhere in the registry rather than the file system.
I suspect that this one file is the tip of an iceberg, and that fixing it without knowing the cause is likely to bring others to the surface, rather than fixing the root cause.
For that reason, I think perhaps a repair install is the proper solution for you.
