It's useless proprietary software for Sony VAIO.
Either uninstall it through control panel/Uninstall a program or disable it through msconfig/startup tab

When you're really fed up with all the Sony bloatware apps, back up your files and boot the Win7 DVD, delete all partitions, create new as you wish, then format before installing just Windows7.
