thanks folks, i thought i would do weekly updates now i had passed the two week mark,
then eventually mothly updates, i shall wean you off the updates slowly.

Arc i was thinking earlier about you stopping as you have been quiet about it,
have you started stopping then.
if so how is it going, are you using patches and spray or spray and will power?
i think if i was a smoker that worked in an office or suchlike i would have the spray to get through the day.

let us know how it is going and we can keep updated of efforts.

Today I went rude on a member, and later I come to know that the member is a lady.

I tried to describe my apologies .... as I should pay the ladies the due dignity. Hope that member will not take me as a rude person.

You said nothing that's rude at all. It's easy to refer to OP's as "he" since so many are. Your apology was gracious but you were not rude.
