But yea a lot of low lying areas flooded like normal
New flood and building restrictions are tough now days
If more than 50% damage of property value they have to raise their house above new flood grade.

A lot of people have been using flood times to renovate doing more than just repairing just flood damage

Carl, I remember us talking about this years ago.

A job interview is never impossible to go to. You do whatever it takes to get to an interview. If they tell you the interview lasts 15 minutes but you'd need to travel 8 hours to get there, afterwards sit on bench in bus stop full night to get back home, you get there. The longer you've been without a job, the more you have to be willing to do to get there.

Also, something I think is important for you to understand: If the job needs you to move, you move. It is not a valid reason to say no for a job offer that you mom can't move with you, that you would have to live alone, wash your dirty clothes and cook your food by yourself. If that's what it takes to get the job, you move.

Please do not tell a job interview "is nearly impossible" to get to. It never is.

A whole month away from this place, see photo 1 (Hastings Jobcentre), as the next signing is a Bank holiday. Some older vehicles in Hastings today. Also a general letter about appointments at the Jobcentre and also my latest WebUser Magazine arrived today in the post.

So what happened to the photo's although not something I'd want to see after all a cars a car wherever it is and after all this time I would have thought you'd already have a job.
