Just before I logged in here I was looking at an article saying it was going to be the hottest November for over 69 years, apparently hot air coming over from Portugal is the culprit.

We rarely get snow in November in the south of England. In fact we rarely get any before the New Year.

We're lucky with snow. We have hills on three sides and a large river estuary on the southern side - most snow is dumped before it gets to us

Yeah, I can remember maybe 3 times in my life we got anything we could call snow here. Once when in High School, we drove a pickup to the local "mountain", filled it with snow, and drove back to school where we proceeded to have a massive snowball fight. The Dean was amused
