Uber.. I know that feeling also.. had to do that a few days ago.. one tech was as confused as I was.. the second guy knew exactly what needed to be done.. we got busy he had things going in just a few minutes.. then we set my ATT modem.. minus the router..(he had me to disconnect from it totally )... waited for me to re-connect it.. stayed until I was back on line.. out on the web.. .. had me to reboot..and sign in again.. everything was going great.
That's why I love Windows 7 Forums.. these peopel know how to get your problems solved so quickly most of the time.,, if not another one will come along and reply to help things along.. then see you to a completed fix for your problem.
