Well April 30th was my birthday, and yesterday was my girlfriend's birthday, so we celebrated together. Today I'm going to go see her and maybe ride my bike along the shore.

OK, today i've been in a bad mood. Too many people trying to argue, but don't have anything to back up what they're saying. I'm also steaming over yet another story about a non-parent trying to tell parents what's right for their kids...........all in all, not a good day.

MWRed that's when one needs to step away.. take a very deep breaths.. sigh.. think and then ...well by that time you can respond thoughtfully by saying.. " I'll give that some thought "..smile if possible.. and quietly move away again... better to bite ones tongue. than hurt a child.. the children are what's most important of all.. in these situations... their needs have to be thought of first... the other adults.. well don't worry about them... you've done what was right !!!
Sometimes adults can be so know it all.

hey guys know i haven't been around lately pretty busy getting things up and running here in nashville and settling in. over the weekend we were hit with tremendous flooding our town got hit especially hard but our new home has so far been spared of any real damage. spent the weekend helping out rescue crews didn't think i'd be using my training up here but im glad i was able to be of some help.

I have a long life to live ahead. So I m not at all worried. But at the same time, I make sure that I don't mislead my life. So I hope everything will be OK in the coming years.
