Today I returned home from my vacation in Florida.

I don't know about us having a break, but Hannah loved every second so it was well worth every penny.

The only downside was a 7 hour delay at the airport due to the ash cloud, but Hannah was brilliant considering we were sat in the airport from 2pm until 1am this morning (florida time), but luckily she slept the entire 9 hour flight home.

Today my daughter asked me to play Half Life 2 (she loves watching me play). So I told her that I didn't feel like playing anything at the moment. Then I quickly chimed with: "Hey, why don't you turn the computer on in your room and learn how to play it." She was like, OK! Cool! She did as such and I sat in and helped her navigate--only verbally. She worked out the mouse and w-a-s-d controls.

It was so cool watching her enjoy something I enjoy.

Today... she made it to Ravenholm. Too scary for her. She wants me to get thru this level.
