Lol...we have those in abundance here in the Southern Hinterlands ... they taste a lot like chicked, so Im told, though TBH, the only thing that I've ever found their good for is as a moving targets... but ya got to lead em a bit...

So true, them and goffers, farmers use to encourage you 'to lead them a bit' back when I was younger.

at times when they are driving.. along with driving too fast.. and tinkering with a radio or food or who knows what .

I've never been bitten but I had one run up my leg, across my chest and jump off

my shoulder into a tree to get away from my buddies dog that was hot on it's tail.

My buddies girlfriend was laughing so hard she wet her pants!

They're good in a stew, they do taste like chicken.

Squirrel stew is good. Ate a lot of it in my younger years.
