Today....I had a heart attack

I'm using the worlds smallest keypad to post this so details will be few, but I've had the blockage removed and I will be fine.

normal service will resume in a few days when i'm out of hospital

We all are glad to see that you are fine and the blockage has been removed.

Sorry to hear of this john, but glad your recovering. I guess they can frightening at times. Nearest I get is palpitations which are scary in themselves.

John that is terrible news; but I am glad that you are going to be OK. I suspect there will be diet changes and all of that. Follow the docs' instructions and get well quickly.

My friend Dave in Boston had a heart attack. He lives in a great walking city so I gave him a pair of my favorite Reebok DMX Walk Ultra shoes with circulating air cushions (genius MIT invention) and he has slowly walked his way back to health over 2 years, now up to 5 miles a day. His doctor says his heart is strong and he is rock solid. I hope you find a favorite form of exercise to gradually recover your heart to "better than new" (a SevenForums standard).

See what you have created here: we try to fix everything, and especially for someone who has given us so much.

Today i have finally got myself together to start working on a new theme! Currently doing a mockup in photoshop before i start the hard work

Two days in a row this has [almost] happened..
Changes must be made to an unsustainable lifestyle.

Jan that's why we have clocks and timepieces.. I too had to get back to a
normal time to leave the pc behind.. I'm one of those who needs the full
8 hours of rest.. then I'm almost like a roadrunner bird.. when I'm awake.
Use the Windows Icon.. then hit ..SHUT Down !!!!works for me..
