Lol. The very thought of trying to get into some of the Yoga positions is enough to make many of my muscles hurt, especially if I try this one, or indeed many of them (not that I have, or will attempt to).

I think I'll stick with walking, swimming (when it gets a bit warmer) and cycling.

Third day in bed. Bored. Watching TV and Blu-Rays, surfing the net. The bed and surroundings look like after the earthquake; fruits and medicine, remote controls, books, cups and glasses, tissues all over the place.

Took the temp, still 38.6 Celsius (about 101.5 Fahrenheit). Every muscle hurts. Can not sleep, can not eat.

ATM, life sucks.

Oh, Kari ... been there, done that, didn't like it and don't want a T-shirt to commemorate the event. Had to endure it, it was awful, but don't remember much about it now ...

Actually there are very few better ways to spend your time than watching some good-old fashioned Test match cricket.
