Toshiba hardware set up program always crashes

My Toshiba hardware set up program crashes and I get this error message for it;

Ive done malware and virus checks which come back clear as well as registry clean and defrag. Ive done a system file scan which reports corrupt system files but unable to fix. Can anyone help, cheers, Jeff

Sir try to uninstall "bluetooth stack for windows" then try again.

Thankyou for your suggestion. Bluetooth stack for windows does not appear on the control panel uninstall list so I tried to install it first instead but got another error message during the install procedure saying error 2753 file setupdiu.exe is not marked for installation. So it appears there is more than one problem, cheers, Jeff

You may need to run the system file checker more than once.

Ive done at least half a dozen sfc runs without success as well as restoring the system back as far as practical so I'm at a loss what to do next. Jeff
