Touchpad and Keyboard freeze

Hi!
I got the same problem in a costumer´s notebook M305-s4910...
The guy showed me the notebook when it was with keyboard and mouse freezed...
I noticed it has many updates installed, cause the automatic updates was "on".
The notebook worked for one whole day (yesterday) while I was testing it.
Today I turned it on and it started with video off...Then i turned it off and on again...now i got normal screen, keyboard and mouse...
I still don´t know what to do...
Maybe I´ll make a new installation and keep it in test for some days Without any windows update.
