Transfer desktop etc from one user account to another

Hi guys,

just looking to see how I can transfer all the items on my user account to another account on my computer since my system icons are all grayed out and can't get them to work no matter what I try. So the best solution for me is to transfer to another account and then my troubles will be over Windows 7, by the way.

You don't have to move accounts basically, try rebuilding the icon cache using this tutorial on SevenForums

Create another user, go to C:\Users\Theaccountyouwanttocopy items from and copy all folders, then go back to C:\Users\The account you want to transfer items to and paste them.
