Remember how I pleaded with you a dozen times to follow the steps in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 for handling drivers in Win7, how you ignored this and merrily went on to install every driver on the Dell Downloads page, ignoring whether Win7 had delivered another driver it wanted?

Well look at the reason your Startup cannot now be repaired in the last, fatal Problem Signature 7!

Work through these steps which provide everything possible for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start leading up to if necessary a Clean Reinstall, this time following the steps to get a perfect install. Wipe the SSD first with Diskpart Clean Command; disable the HDD in BIOS if possible.

Or maybe there is a Restore Point to run from System Recovery Options before you did your own thing and wasted our time and yours.

After running system system restore I was able to boot the computer to an earlier state so I can now log in.

The next step is the clean re-install following your tutorial. Correct me if i'm wrong, I haven't noticed anywhere in the outline the necessity to wipe the C drive prior to booting the windows installer in step 8.

The one thing I want to verify before proceeding is whether or not I have an EFI bios, as this would require additional steps (the last bullet you list under step 8 of the clean re-install guide). I will upload photos of every screen in my bios ASAP so that you can aid me in verifying my bios. (or would this not be necessary because I see "Convert to GPT Disk" in Grey when I check the hard drive?) If so I could rule out the last bullet under step 8 and start the clean re-install.

Yes, having that choice when you right click the drive in Disk Mgmt means it is an MBR so you are not in EFI mode or dont' have an EFI BIOS. So you can proceed with the Clean Reinstall

If there's a suspicion that code in the boot sector is at all interfering we sometimes suggest wiping the HD first since it just takes a first seconds using the Clean Command.
