Transformers Fall of Cybertron doesn't start at all.

I have recently installed Transformers fall of cybertron on my pc. But when ever I try to play it, it does not launches. Nothing happens. For instance the TFOC.exe appears on task manager but after some times it disappears. Please help!

Is this a New or Old Game? Have you check your Event Viewer to see if it shows some kind of error? Have you updated your Audio and Video Drivers? Did you install the game with Elevated Admin Rights (right click on exe and Run as Admin)? Does the game Have any new patches yet and if so, have you patched the game yet?
