Turn Off Display > Ethernet connection disconnected

hi guys,

I just noticed that my Ethernet Connection gets disconnected when my PC
turns off the display. When I mouse to get it back on I see the red X on the Ethernet connection for like half second. This not with sleep or hibernation, I just have turn screen off after 3 minutes, this is on AC mode, which is quite annoying, I already unticked these boxes, see attachments.

in power settings of my current plan I have, see attach.

it seems that if the PC is downloading something actively when screen goes off, it stays on instead.

is there anything else I can change?

btw I've found an option "Green Ethernet" and it's enabled for the Ethernet card... could that affect things?
