Tweaks for Windows 7

Hey finally downloaded after 2 hrs

Anyone got tweaks for it?

where do we turn off the defrag scheduler?

Where do we turn off the defender, anything that tends to run in the background and slowing you down without you knowing why?

1) tweaks I perform after new install: relocate pagefile and indexing off c: drive
2) type defrag in start search bar and you should see the schedular there.
3) run windows defender, go to tools, options and then real-time protection and untick use real-time protection.
