Two Explorer.exe running

Ok guys, finally, Got it! I use IDM and it happens when I click the 'Open Folder' option in IDM. But One thing I do not understand that when I closes the window opened by 'Open Folder', the process 'C:\Windows\explorer.exe /factory (75dff2b7-6936-4c06-a8bb-676a7b00b24b) -Embedding' doesn't auto terminate.
Why? Any thoughts are welcome.

I have a simular problem. Avanquest Fix-it reports explorer.exe contains malicous spyware rapidblaster. Explorer.exe is an intregal part of windows and the correct one is essential. Hope someone knows a solution.

Never heard of Avanquest.

On demand scanner.
Try downloading and running this. Malwarebytes

This is what most on the forum use.
Download and install the free top left of the page.
Update then run a full scan.
When prompted delete anything it finds.
A log will be made when it is finished. Save it desktop and upload with your post.

If I go into Tools - Folder options - View tab and tick "Launch folder windows in a seperate process" then when I open a Folder I have two eplorer.exes running in Task Manager.

Unticked there is only one explorer.exe running.

Its partialy solved as why 2 explorer.exe are running but don't know why they don't auto-terminate when their respective folder gets closed.
