Hei. Should i enable UEFI Boot? is it safe? is it worth it?

You'll need to make an informed decision based on understanding UEFI BIOS vs. Legacy BIOS - YouTube .

I would try it to see if you find an advantage. It requires special install steps for UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums .

Some users who have had problems were able to install successfully using Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7 and are perfectly happy with it. Others report faster boots in UEFI.

What do you mean by UEFI boot? Just booting a GPT disk or going the whole hog and disabling CSM. There can be both advantages and disadvantages, IOWYMMV.
