Solved Unable to access three files in My Documents Folder

Suddenly I am unable to access three folders in Documents/My Documents that I have always had access to.
They are the My Pictures, My Music and My Videos.
I get a message which says "You don't currently have permission to access this folder. To gain access to this folder you
will need to use the security tab.
When I click on the link I am taken to a window which is titled My Music Properties.
and beyond that I don't know what to do.
I am logged in as an administrator although not a full administrator.
Can anyone tell me what to do in this situation

Have you tried rebooting your computer to see if the problem still exists?.

Yes I have.
I also checked the security tab settings in the properties settings and ownership of the files I can open and the three I can't open and they all appear the same to me.

Schedule a check disk. Open a cmd window ant type
chkdsk c: /f
It will say the drive is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = Yes
Reboot

My Pictures, My Music and My Videos are links on C:\Users\NAME\
Go to C:\Users\NAME\ and see if they are there and if you can open.
Did you run a anti malware - http://cdn.superantispyware.com/SUPERAntiSpyware.exe

There is no C:\user\NAME\.
However if you mean C:\user\"my name" they are there and I can't open them
I did not and would not run run superaSUPERAntispyware.exe
I will try chkdsk c: /f

The issue was ownership. I found instructions on how to take ownership and the issue is resolved.
