Unable to connect to 2000 machine

Hey everyone,

I have a Win7 machine that I need to be able to connect to a win2000 machine. Basically if I type into My Computer, \\Servername, I am challenged for a username and password. This is fine but when entering the correct authentication details it keeps coming back to the log in screen.
I did the same thing on a Vista machine, was prompted for username and password, put in the same username and password and got in.
Is there some security option in Win7 I need to tweak?
