Unable to create system image or restore point

Then turned it back on for c: only and allowed use of up to 100% of disk.
Attempted to create a restore point. Failed again; same error.

I've been dealing with the same issue of this thread and I've been trying a lot of different "fixes." I think for the above fix to work it must be turned ON for BOTH drives? I'm trying that next. I just tried it off (like above) and it failed for me, too.
