Solved Unable to delete file
Keep getting this error, no matter how many attempts I make to delete this file.
I do not have video open at all.

Log off and log on, or restart the computer to see if you may be able to delete the file afterwards.
If not, then you might try the free program
Unlocker to delete it with.
