Today, I received several messages in the 'junk' folder, when I selected them and tried to delete I got a message stating "an unknown error has occurred". The system 'freezes' and I have to reboot. Am able to access the browsers - fine, but when I go back to WLM and try to delete I get the same error message.

I had that happen ,and found some advice somewhere to simply drag and drop the e=mail from the inbox into the draft folder, then I could delete it?Very strange, but it worked?WLM is also strange compared to the easy Outlook Express in that it will just stop & need to be re-started for some reason?I have had a few e-mails that just would not open no matter what I did, still no idea why?Hope some of this helps, cheers, Bukti

Thanks, bukti, I'll print that out and post it on my corkboard. Yes, contrary to many opinions I thought that Outlook Express was a very good program.
