Solved Unable to install Office Professional Plus 2013 on laptop

I purchased a new for 2 PCs disk of Office Professional Plus 2013. Installed with no issues on the Desktop PC, however, when I try to install on the laptop, I get this error message. I searched around and found this utility https://aka.ms/diag_officeuninstall which cleans all previous files of any Office version. I still get the error. I tried running the setup as administrator. Still same error. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I followed the instructions on the YouTube video - the posted comments below - the maker of the video had a horrible sound system, and was I was only able to understand about every four words.

It worked. All installed, updated, and working fine. Thank you for the help! :)
