unable to log on to Windows 7

when I try and log onto Windows 7 (with my correct password), I get a mesage which states that "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded". This is the main administrator logon. However, I can log onto the other 3 users set up on the laptop. Can you please advise on how I can get logged on as the administrator to Windows 7?
