ok I'm a bit paranoid now, and i'm using my brother pc to post this. I started my laptop and everything was fine but after the windows loading screen, it suddenly restarted then something showed "windows didn't shut down correctly please select from a list: start windows normally, and there are 3 other options i forgot." SO i choose "start windows normally" then it showed the windows loading screen again, then after that it restarted again and showed that "windows didn't shut down correctly" screen again! please help!!!!! I swear it's not my power.

thanks!

Let's not panic yet!

Try again, this time select Safe Mode instead of Start windows normally. Come back to tell if you could boot your laptop to Safe Mode.

You need to try to recover your system, either from a system image or from a restore point. Here are the links to the tutorials you might need:

If you do not have a System Repair Disk, you can create one using your brother's PC or any other windows 7 computer by following these instructions: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2083-system-repair-disc-create.html

You need to get your laptop to boot from repair disk. Try again to change the boot order in BIOS.

Power on the computer with the repair disc in the Optical Disc (CD/DVD) drive. In the POST (motherboars screen), click and hold the "Boot Menu" key. For a Phoenix, usually the Boot Menu key is F11, but it may vary. Whatever it may be, it is listed in the motherboard screen.

Click and hold that Boot Menu key, it will list up all possible devices to boot from. Select the DVD drive using the up/down scroll arrow keys, and hit enter. Then you will be booted into the repair disc.

Now, make it sure that the system reserved (100 MB, hidden) partition is marked as active; and then run Startup Repair for three separate times, with restarts after every single run.
Startup Repair: Run three separate times.

If the result is the same, follow the detailed guide, from the top.
