Unable to run System Image windows 7

Hi can I ask a littler advice please
I am running windows 7 professional 64 bit edition of windows and I am trying to make a system image using windows 7 but when I try I get an error, I hope you can see the screenshot I have attached

I not sure if this would help but I would start by checking under services and see if the Volume sevices /VSS and System protect /SPP are active, and then run sfc/scannow from an command prompt with adim rights.
