Solved Unable to test my connection ping on pingtest.net

Good morning everyone. Can I ask why can't I do ping test of my connection on pingtest.net? They always saying that Java is not installed although I cleared histories, cookies and cache and reload the website for countless times. Besides that, my Java version is Version 8 Update 45 (build 1.8.0_45-b14) and Java's website said that it is the latest version. For your information, I had enabled Java on Google Chrome. Please reply this problem as soon as possible. Could it be a bug on their website or something else?

I just opened a Command Prompt window and typed ping pingtest.net, got a good response. I opened Firefox and went to the site, got a rating of B*. As shown in the blue caption the packet loss test requires JAVA but I wasn't concerned about that. Try this site: Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

No offense Sir Berton, obviously you was not answered to my question. I meant why can't I do ping test on that website although I alllowed Java in the Firewall and enabled it on my Google Chrome but the website still claiming my browser don't have Java??? I need many computer savvy to solve this weird issue.
