Unable to turn on Bitdefender,after window update

Hi guys,

I hope you all have a great day. Please allow me to go straight to the issue.

As per title stated, it happened after i click on that fateful update button for window.
There is no error code or whatsoever from both Window7 and Bitdefender.

I have very little idea what to do in this case. Any helps would be appreciated.

I recommend you do a repair on "Bitdefender"

In order to Repair Bitdefender 2013, please follow the steps from below:

- Click on the START menu button;
- Go to (All) Programs -> Bitdefender 2013 -> choose "Repair or Uninstall";
- Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer each time you are requested to;
- Register and activate the product, then open Bitdefender and run a new update; reboot again if requested;
