Unchosen keyboard language in language bar

Bonjour,
I'm having a workstation with Windows 7. I choose to language, Francais (Canada) and English (United-States) but, for whatever reason, English (Canada) keeps poping in in the language bar even though I did not select it, further, it sits as the default keyboard.....

I have not choosen said language and when I go into the Regional parameteres, that keyboard is not selected either. It is only in the language bar and can't be remove. Any idea as to why this keyboard keeps poping in and how can I delete it once and for all?

Hi Wurluck,
French and English are/can both be used as base languages, for Ultimate users,
You could therefor remove the pack you dont want.

Your specs are showing W7 not SP1, i would update before removing a pack.
