We'll since yesterday for some reason I was playing Grand Theft Auto SA known as SA-MP the multiplayer plugin which lets you be able to play online on a server. So I was playing on a server and randomly everything froze all of the sudden making the screen go all blurry, etc the sound got bugged and It spammed one sound repeatedly so then I had to forcefully shut off my computer and restarted it turning it back on and the BSOD popped up I couldn't see what the error was but in that case I had went into safe mode and deleted the source of the BSOD and did a system restore which was successful/failed at some points then today when I start-up my computer it letted me log in and whatever I had ran a Advanced System Care I didn't have any antivirus for a week or so because mine had expired and so I had to uninstall Comodo Internet Security 2012 It was anyways not that good then I had to download AVG 2012 and activated it and ran a scan with Advanced System Care deep scan the errors gotten fixed and I have tested it with many other games and turns out that GTA SA,SA-MP is the only game which screen goes randomly black or freezes in the middle of nowhere which leads me to restarting my computer,Also I couldn't do anything with CPU-ID It didn't let me validate it at all I tried multiple times but All I got was when I tried running It said would you like to create a "System Error Report" and I clicked yes which made one on my desktop so I zipped it up with the RAR file so take a look at it please If there is anything else I can do please post on here If its needed also I am currently in Safe Mode with Networking thats the only way I can use this computer ATM.

Advanced system care (ASC) is known to damage the operating system and programs on the operating system. Please remove it if it is not already too late. If you continue to have problems, I would recommend http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 to resolve the damaged system from ASC.
Crashes caused by a Component of IObit driver. I think your OS is already damaged beyond repair by Advanced System Care. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164

If you continue to have problems after doing the above, please follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html and provide us with all files that report generates. Your previous report was incomplete.

You could try a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html to a date before the problem started. See OPTION ONE, step 8. and the NOTE: for finding older restore points.

If you have had the software installed for a long time, the factory restore is really your only option... :(

We'll i tried to Restore to factory but there is no way....It wasn't the original OS was upgraded from Vista Home Premium 64b to 7 Ultimate 64b I tried finding recovery manager don't have that there, I have tried recovery options inside control panel under advanced Its there but I don't have the CDs either the program to make them.

System Restore is not the same as factory restore.

Clean re-install on factory oem is not the same as factory restore.

See my post in your other thread before doing the above, anyway. It may be helpful.
