Uninstalled ISO program. NEED HELP!

Were all disabled? Why did you do that? And even more important... you see it immediately... how is it possible you forgot you did it?!!!!

I accidentally uninstalled the ISO program ( I THINK...a yellow disc icon)

Just to add, the "yellow disc icon" (though it's actually gold) may that be of PowerISO.
