Uninstalled Program Remains on Notification Area List

I uninstalled Lavasoft Ad-Aware application and noticed that the its program tray icon is still showing on the Notification Area List. Is there a way to remove it?

Hello Voyager,

Sometimes the computer will need to be restarted to finish completely uninstalling a program. You might see if this is the case. If not, then resetting the notification area icons may help.
