Universal Theme Patcher

Has anyone used Universal Theme Patcher? I am looking at using a 3rd party theme on my Windows 7 64-bit system but am not entirely convinced as yet. Is this safe?

If you do not want to mess with system files then try this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/34579-enabling-custom-themes-windows-7-a.html I used it with no trouble.

Yes as long as it's a windows 7 theme
