Hello,
When booting or trying to repair, I get Unmountable_boot_volume BSODs.
Before that:
- blue screens caused by defective RAM, so i kept the only running module in my laptop
- then very slow boot (up to 20 min) and windows sessions
- then BSOD mentioning Iastor.sys
- and now Unmountable_boot_volume when trying to boot or repair startup.
I have Hiren and WinRE (but no Win7 installation disc), so I tried various things, like fixing MBR but it tells me he can't find a system volume, repairing with WinRe but, of course, no system partition is listed in the box.
I also have setup my HDD to IDE instead of AHCI in the BIOS.
At this point, what should I do?
Thanks
