Unpatch uxtheme.dll through Universal Theme Patcher with bat file?

I use Virtualbox occasionally, and I also have a patched uxtheme.dll to allow for unsigned themes. But, Virtualbox decided to stop working with a patched uxtheme for security reasons or something, so now I have to unpatch it every time I want to load Virtualbox. It gets old real fast. But that got me to thinking: Is there a way I could write a bat file that would unpatch uxtheme.dll, load Virtualbox, and repatch it after Virtualbox closes? I've found Universal Theme Patcher to work the best, so if there's a way to do it using that, that would be preferable. Thanks for any help.

Maybe try to use another VBox 4.3 or 4.1 the portable version of Vbox is not compatible with uxtheme that was my experienc with portable version i have uxtheme.dll but is still working good and im using uxtheme to use unsigned theme on Windows but for no long time i used.
