Unwanted crash at random intervals

hello! i have a problem i get a crash at random times, the last time i was busy with windows update. i took this snap of the error screen and rebooted, the disk check took ages to complete after wards. im worried as to why the text is red if it's a bsod. is this normal?

Actually guys is that even a standard layout for a BSOD?? it doesn't look normal.

I can't read it to determine what it is - old eyes.
